Floating type rubber foam filled fenders for Ship, marine is a new generation of foam fender systems for ships docking. Floating rubber foam filled fenders have same construction features with polyurethane elastomer foam fenders. The unique distinction is their coated OUTER SKIN. This particular coats prevent foam fenders from external destroy of every sharp obstacles.
Floating Fenders Performance
Ronsen rubber foam fenders are normally choosen by marine clients for STS transfer and STD docking purpose and ocean platforms’ protection. Hereby, our floating foam filled fenders were produced naturally with following features:
- a super energy absorption and relatively lower reaction force
- With rubber dipped filament layer reinforced inner side, much stronger
- Unsinkable, better skin protection, tear resistance
Fenders Construction
Rubber foam filled fenders are manufactured with inner high density closed-cell resilient foaming cell body, reinforced middle rubber layers and outer coated rubber layers. Then finally, chains tire nets or fibre nets coated.
- High density resilient closed-cell EVA/PE foam. The foam is providing foam filled fenders better energy absorption and lower reaction force
- Stronger tearing strength rubber coated skin
- Comprising through central tube and external load distribution flanges at each end. All end fittings are stainless steel or hot-dip-galvanized.
