Marine ship salvage airbags, buoyancy air bags is another application of ship launching marine airbags. It is used to provide extra buoyancy for sunken ships, floating bridge and dock construction etc. or subsea objects to float out of water, like salvage pontoon for supporting blocks sometimes.
Advantages:
Marine airbags for buoyancy and salvage is made by multilayer super heavy-duty synthetic-tire-cord-rubber dipped layers. This rubber layers is much more sturdy and reliability comparing with PVC air lifting marine airbags made by one by one PVC coating fabric layers.
- Super-high tensile strength
Breaking strength of framework material synthetic-tire-cord rubber dipped layer is over 15 KN/5 cm, two times of PVC coating fabric material.
- Resistant to abrasion
Since marine rubber airbags for salvage have a higher thickness which is up to 12 mm, nearly 10 times of PVC air lifting bags. Thus, marine rubber airbags is too tough to be scratched and damaged by sharp objects in bad environment even its outer rubber was broken, inner reinforcement layer can still work well.
Construction:
Marine salvage airbags is to be constructed of an out rubber layer, multilayer heavy-duty synthetic-tire-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly. It has the cylindrical balloon body, with two conical heads and end mouth. Air tightness swivel and air inlet kits are screwed with end mouth.
* Material of Marine Rubber Salvage Airbags
Marine Rubber Salvage Airbags is constructed with an outer rubber layer, multilayer reinforced synthetic-tire-cord-rubber dipped layer and inner rubber layer, vulcanized firmly.
* Design of Salvage Marine Rubber Airbags
Each marine rubber salvage airbag is designed with one cylindrical balloon body, with two conical heads and mouth at each end.
Buoyancy List:
Buoyancy capacity of each salvage airbag differs from diameter to length. As per our current actual operating experience, largest buoyancy is 100 tons around.
