Airbags construction
We produce ship launching rubber airbags in holistic wrapping technology, this manufacturing technology guarantee rubber ship airbags good airtightness, safety and higher bearing capacities than other marine airbags production method.
Rubber ship airbag is made of:
inner rubber layer- reinforced synthetic-tire-cord-rubber dipped layers – outer rubber layers generally.
Structure of each launching ship rubber airbag is formed with one cylindrical roller body and two hemsipherical conical heads at two ends to connect airbag body and mouths of marine airbags.
Inner and Outer Rubber Layer:
As per requirements of ISO 14409, our inner and outer rubber layers of marine ship launching rubber airbag perform good sufficient tensile and tear strength required follows. We comply this requirement completely and test raw rubber material per order.
Synthetic-tire-cord rubber reinforcement layers:
Synthetic-tire-cord rubber dipped layers is reinforced layers of ship rubber airbag. They are coated with synthetic-tire-cord fabrics. Our ship launching rubber airbags are manufactured with several sets of synthetic-cire-cord-rubber dipped layers twined at an ideal angles by traditional holistic enlacing technology.

Tests and inspection
Before delivery, we normally go following three common necessary tests for one marine airbag which are:
Appearance: keep surface of one rubber ship airbag smooth, glossy, without blemish, such as crack, blister, delamination, pits or impurities.
Dimension: diameter and length of ship launching rubber airbag is measured with rated safety working pressure ( an tolerance of 3% )
Tightness: The gas-tightness is tested without carrying any load as per ISO 14409. The pressure loss is less than 5% of rated working pressure within 1 hour.
