Marine airbags for ship haul out is same with ship landing and dry docking. It is a most common application for ships and barges’ maintenance in repair companies.
CONSTRUCTION
Marine Rubber Airbags is made of inner rubber layer, reinforced synthetic-tire-cord-rubber dipped layers and outer rubber layers generally. Structure of rubber ship launching marine airbags is formed with one cylindrical roller body and two hemsipherical conical heads at two ends to connect airbag body and mouths of airbags.
- Inner and Outer Rubber Layer
As per requirements of ISO 14409, inner and outer rubber layers of marine rubber airbags should have sufficient tensile and tear strength required follows. We comply this requirement completely and test raw rubber material per order.
- Synthetic-tire-cord rubber reinforcement layers
Synthetic-tire-cord rubber dipped layers is the middle layers of marine rubber ship launching airbags. They are coated with synthetic-tire-cord fabrics. Ronsen Marine airbags are manufactured with several sets of synthetic-cire-cord-rubber dipped layers twined at an ideal angles by traditional holistic enlacing technology.
